Crocodile smiles when the chief of army Staff Lieutenant General Tukur Burutai visited the government house Port Harcourt.
Governor Wike however charged the military to observe the rule of engagement.
Governor Nyesom Wike also said his government will continue to provide logistic support to the military in Rives State.
