In a bid to make Abuja more secured, the FCT minister, Muhammad Bello banned beggars, hawkers, herdsman and motorcyclists (Okada) from operating within the Federal Capital Territory.
The Minister, said this after an emergency FCT Security Committee
meeting held in Abuja on Monday.
During the meeting, Bello condemned the illegal use of uncompleted buildings by criminals, homeless people, and miscreants and warned that owners of such property will be held responsible if these individuals commit any crime while staying in their property..
