A suspicious looking man was arrested in Rivers state on Wednesday, August 31. According to a report by Oladele Oyelude on Facebook, the arrested man was found with bloody female pant at a checkpoint mounted along Emohua road at Degema axis in Rivers. The man boarded a bike heading to Degema from Buguma through Obakri junction, when the Okada driver, who
was suspicious of the strange calls the man had been making and receiving on their way, stopped at a security checking point to report the man to officers at the military checking point.
The security agencies checked the polythene bag the man was carrying and found a bloody female pant along with some bloody clothes in the bag. Upon interrogation, he could not give a reasonable explanation as to why he was with the items, and they also noticed he was contradicting himself in his answers. He was thereafter handcuffed and arrested. See photos below:
