A Federal High Court in Lagos has struck out a suit challenging the appointment of Hameed Ali as the Comptroller-General of Nigeria Customs Service.A human rights lawyer
, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa had filed the suit, stating that Ali’s appointment did not follow due process.
However, Justice Sale Hassan on Friday said the court lacked jurisdiction on the matter.
