The Rivers State Police Command says politics is responsible for the move of insecurity in the State.
The State Commissioner of Police FRANCIS ODESANYA at a stakeholders
meeting in Port Harcourt said investigation has revealed that the various political crises in the State have made it difficult for peace to reign in the State.
The State Commissioner of Police FRANCIS ODESANYA however assured members of the public of the command’s resolve to ensure a crime free Rivers State.
Our correspondent reports that the Rivers State Commissioner of Police during the stakeholders’ forum also paraded over thirty suspected criminals arrested for cultism, kidnapping and armed robbery.
